Planning your beauty treatments through the year

A new year, a new season or a busy period ahead are all good moments to think about your skin and body care in a structured way. Rather than booking treatments at random, a simple plan helps you choose the right timing, allow for aftercare and avoid conflicts with holidays or sun exposure.

Why timing matters

Several treatments require careful sun protection afterwards, while others are planned as a course of sessions several weeks apart. Knowing this in advance makes it easier to fit treatments into your calendar and to follow the aftercare advice properly.

Autumn and winter

The darker months are a practical time to start treatments that call for strict sun avoidance:

Spring

Spring is a good time to review how your skin has coped with the winter and to continue any course you started. Many clients also begin body-focused treatments such as EMS body treatment or cellulite therapy ahead of the summer.

Summer

During the sunniest months we generally recommend gentler routines, consistent sunscreen and careful planning of any treatment that makes the skin more sensitive to light. Your therapist will tell you which treatments are suitable in summer and which are better postponed.

Before a special occasion

If you are preparing for a wedding, a holiday or an event, plan ahead. Leave enough time between a treatment and the occasion so that any temporary redness has settled. Your therapist can suggest a sensible schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine several treatments in one plan?

Often yes, but not always on the same day. Your therapist will advise on a safe order and suitable intervals.

Is it too late to start laser hair removal in spring?

Not necessarily. You will, however, need to protect the treated areas from the sun consistently, so discuss your plans at the consultation.

How do I know which treatment to start with?

A consultation is the best starting point. We assess your skin and goals and recommend options accordingly.

You can see all our options on our treatments page.
